Shipments

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made in mainland Portugal via trusted partner carriers, ensuring speed and security.

We offer free shipping on orders over €45 for mainland Portugal. For orders of lesser value, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

For the islands (Azores and Madeira), delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the carrier and the destination address. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the shipment in real time.

Exchanges and Returns

Our personalized products (such as prints with photos, names, or sports cards) are unique and made to order, therefore they cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a personalization error on our part.

If your item has any problems, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, attaching photographs of the defect.
Our team will analyze the situation and provide a free product replacement, if applicable.
