Shipping policy
Ownership and risk of loss of all products ordered by the User are transferred to the Carrier upon shipment and are transferred to the User when they sign the receipt confirming receipt of the ordered products. Purchases are subject to Home & Living's shipping and return policy. Home & Living reserves the right to cancel any product order for any reason, including orders that may infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, by notifying the buyer of the order cancellation.
Shipping times for orders vary from 1 to 3 business days, and this timeframe may be delayed during periods of higher order volume. Delivery times vary from country to country:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days;
- Azores and Madeira: 5 to 9 business days;
- Mainland Spain: 1 to 2 business days;
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 6 to 10 business days;
- Other European countries: 2 to 8 business days.
Please note that the delivery time count only begins after payment has been validated and confirmed, and will only start being counted from 3 PM on each business day.
Shipping times may be extended and altered depending on the volume and quantity of orders.
Delivery is considered complete on the date the carrier registers receipt of the order by the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and an automatic calculation of the value is made for each order during the checkout process, based on the products ordered and the destination region, according to the pre-established table:
Mainland Portugal
Orders up to €55 (up to 1kg): €4.50
Orders of €55 or more: free shipping
Azores and Madeira
Orders weighing up to 1 kg: €9.16
Mainland Spain
Orders weighing up to 1 kg: €7.15
Balearic and Canary Islands
Orders weighing up to 1 kg: €15.34
